After placing your order online, you'll receive a unique access code via email and text. Use this code at our self-service container to unlock and retrieve your steel. It's that simple — no waiting, no scheduling, pick up whenever it works for you.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure online checkout. Payment is required at the time of order before an access code is issued.
We accept returns of uncut, undamaged steel within 14 days of purchase. Contact us to arrange a return and receive store credit. Custom cuts and special orders are non-returnable.
Currently, we focus on our 24/7 self-service pickup model to keep prices low. For large orders or special circumstances, reach out and we'll see what we can do.
Our self-service containers are designed for easy access, and most standard lengths can be handled by one person. For larger orders, we recommend bringing a helper. If you need assistance, contact us during business hours to arrange a pickup time when staff can help.
