After placing your order online, you'll receive a unique access code via email and text. Use this code at our self-service container to unlock and retrieve your steel. It's that simple - no waiting, no scheduling, pick up whenever it works for you.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure online checkout. Payment is required at the time of order before an access code is issued.
We accept returns of uncut, undamaged steel within 14 days of purchase. Contact us to arrange a return and receive store credit. Custom cuts and special orders are non-returnable.
Currently, we focus on our 24/7 self-service pickup model to keep prices low. For large orders or special circumstances, contact us to discuss delivery options in the Sheridan area.
